Online Workshops and Presentations
These workshops are for therapy clinics, hospitals, workplaces, schools and community groups seeking staff-wide professional learning.
Workshops are typically delivered live via Zoom and run for approximately 90 minutes, followed by question time.

Working with autistic teens & adults
Understanding autism and neurodiversity-affirming practice
Understanding and supporting autistic sleep
Self-compassion in clinical practice with autistic clients
Neurodivergence in healthcare (for healthcare professionals - hospitals, GPs, dental clinics etc)
Supporting the mental health of neurodivergent students at school (for teachers, educators and school staff)
Building neurodivergent-affirming workplaces (for employers, managers, and workplace teams)
Pricing varies based on the number of participants:
For 4-9 participants, $1200 (set fee)
For 10-19 participants, $120/person
For 20-24 participants, $115/person
For 25+ participants, $2800 minimum fee, and $55 per additional participant

Karenza has delivered training to public and private hospitals, therapy clinics, schools and workplaces across Australia. Her training draws on over 14 years of clinical mental health experience, combined with lived experience of neurodivergence and chronic illness.
She is passionate about helping teams create neurodiversity-affirming practices that genuinely support neurodivergent people in healthcare, education and employment.
Professional Consultation
$350AUD / hour
This service is for individuals, organisations, and companies seeking expert review and guidance on services or products. Karenza provides constructive, neuro-affirming feedback, identifying strengths and highlighting areas for improvement to better support autistic and neurodivergent people.
Consultations may include review of:
Educational and clinical programs
Client services within medical or healthcare settings
Organisational policies, procedures, and systems
Professional articles and written resources
Published materials and reports
